Weekend Wisdom: I don’t want my legacy to be containers full of stuff, but instead how I loved when I was here.
Mountain snow.
I recently spent some time in my favorite Utah mountain town. It was chilly with the snow and the early mornings were stunning on the sunlit, still ponds. Meanwhile, it’s going to be in the seventies today (not even an hour’s drive away) and I have more than 100 peony blooms ready to open. Get ready for lots of flower content!

On FOMO:
FOMO is the acronym for the fear of missing out and it isn’t just something that’s fun to say. It’s real. We are struggling with the fear of missing out on activities, information, opportunities, connection, and many other things. FOMO may signal a lack of engagement. If you are worried about what you are missing, you cannot be present. Letting go of FOMO means abandoning the need to catch up, keep up, and measure up in exchange for a chance to connect and engage with what or who is right in front of you. In my opinion, this is the only remedy for the fear of missing out.
